Ingredients
- 1 apple/pear/melon
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g Greek yoghurt/coconut water/whey/buttermilk, (approximate - add more to thin out juice if required
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2-1 cucumber
- 1 handful kale/brocolli stems or any veg that won't wait
- 1-3 handful spinach
- few stalks fresh parsley
- few fresh mint leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon powdered or fresh grated ginger
- 1 juice of lemon/orange or zest of a lemon or orange (remember peel with peeler and freeze when you only need juice in other recipes!)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla in any of its many forms!
- 1 celery stick or carrot

Everything is optional!
A splodge of leftover coffee for those who like the kick/taste/diuretic effect/diabetes protection
A teaspoon of spirulina or protein powder (I often use both then I am full til mid afternoon!)
