Avocado and cauliflower mash
- 400 grams potatoes, Peeled and chopped
- 400 grams Cauliflower Florettes
- 2 garlic, Cloves, peeled
- 1 avocado, Peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Paprika prawns
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika, smoked
- 24 Large king prawns, Peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon, Cut into 8 wedges

Place potato, cauliflower and garlic in thermomix and fill with 600ml water. Cook 20 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Drain well.
add avocado, lemon juice and 1TBS of oil. Insert butterfly. Mash 1 minute/speed 3 or until smooth.
Whilst mash is cooking, combine 1 TBS oil and paprika in a bowl or large bag
season prawns with salt and pepper, add prawns and coat with mixture
thread prawns and one lemon wedge onto each skewer
cook skewers on a bbq plate or chargrill pan for 2 minutes each side
serve skewers with mash and greens.

Tip
Soak wooden skewers for a few hours before use to avoid splinters.
Use asparagus instead of broccoli I if you wish.
