Add Diced Beef and 2 tablespoons of plain flour - cook for 15 mins on reverse - soft speed

Add tin of diced tomatoes, splash of red wine, TM stock, water and capsicum, oregano (chopped), parsley (chopped) and remaining 2 tablespoons of plain flour - 6 mins 100 degrees - reverse soft speed - you may need to pulverise it if plain flour is still sitting on the top.
