Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric ground
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 brown onion, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 80 g Cashews, raw
- 2 tbsp Kasundi
- 100 g pure cream
- 80 g tomato paste
- 600 g Chicken thigh fillets, cubed
- 150mls water
To serve
- Steamed Rice
- steamed vegetables

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add cumin, fennel, coriander, turmeric, sugar and salt to mixing bowl and mill 45sec / speed 9-10. Set aside.
2. Add ginger, garlic and onion to mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
2. Add oil and saute 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.
3. Add set aside spice mix, cashews, Kasundi, cream, tomato paste and water and mix 30 sec/speed 4 increasing to speed 7 to desired consistency.
4. Add chicken and cook 8 min/ 90ºC/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2.
5. Check chicken is cooked before serving or continue cooking for another 2 min / 900C / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 2.
6. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
Tip
This is one of my experiments in creating variations of Chicken Butter Cream to use up the large quantity of Tomato Kasundi I made . I thought this one was worth sharing.

Very nice, there is jut enough of a bite to it not overpowering the rest of the flavours.
It tastes great so far.
I'm about to cook the chcken, step 4.
I know its a mistake in step 5 but the TM does not go to 900C.
