Simple and delicious!
One of my go to recipes. So easy, the kids love it, definitely a regular in our house!
Made tonight with a few tweaks - marinaded chicken used 1kg) in egg & cornflour mix to tenderise the chicken. Also made a batch of Chinese stir fry veg from the chip & kept warm in thermoserve. Also added a dash of BBQ sauce & extra water to give a nice thick sauce. Big hit with the family & leftovers for lunches thanks for sharing!
Delicious

Yum, so nice even my super fussy 3 year old wolfed down the chicken I put some rice noodle in the thermoserver to have with it. I added some broccoli, carrots and beans. Thank you
