Meatballs
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces bacon, roughly chopped
- 400 g kangaroo mince
- 1 egg
- 1 level tsp vegetable stock
- 1 MC water
Sauce
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1000 g tomatoes, quartered
- 10 g sugar
- 20 g white vinegar
- 30 g tomato paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Spaghetti
- 500 g pasta
- pinch salt
- 1 l water

Place onion & garlic into bowl and process 3 seconds / speed 7.
Add roughly chopped bacon and combine 1 second / speed 6. Scrape down.
Add remaining ingredients and combine 40 seconds/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3.
Remove mixture from TM and form small meatballs. Set aside.
Place onion & garlic into bowl and process 5 seconds / speed 7.
Add tomatoes and combine 10 seconds / speed 6.
Add remainning ingredients and combine 2 seconds / speed 3.
Place meatballs onto Varoma tray and place Varoma on top of TM. Steam 40 minutes / Varoma temp / speed 1.
Place cooked meatballs into ThermoSever and add sauce.
Place pasta into TM bowl with water and cook for 8-12 minutes / "Counter-clockwise operation" / 100°C / speed 1.
Place pasta onto large plate then add meatballs and sauce.
