  • 2 onions, Quartered

  • 750 grams Lamb, Cut into cubes
  • 40 grams olive oil
  • 1 carrot, Diced
  • 3 potatoes cubed
  • 400 grams Tomatoes Tinned
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder of choice, Or EDC
  • 40 grams Tomato Paste.
  • 200 grams water
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (dry)
  • .5 teaspoon Basil (Dry)
  • .5 teaspoon Coriander (Dry)
  • .5 teaspoon Chives (Dry)
  • .5 teaspoon Pasley (Dry)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas & Corn
  • 100 grams cream
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour

Rice

  • 400 grams white rice
  • 900 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Curry
  1. 1. Place Garlic and onion in bowl and chop 4sec, speed 5.

    Scrape down sides

    2. Add oil and saute 2mins, 100 deg, speed 1.

    3. Add carrot, potato, tomato can, tomato paste, Lamb, curry powder, herbs and water then cook 20mins, 100deg, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed1.

    4. Mix cornflour with a little water and add to bowl, add peas/corn and cream then cook 6mins, 90deg Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.

    5. place in thermo server and set aside.

  3. Follow EDC for cooked rice.
