- 1 large onion, Quartered
- 4 cloves garlic
- 30g olive oil
Vegetables
- 500g ripe tomatoes, Quartered
- 2 carrots, Roughly chopped
- 2 celery sticks, Roughly chopped
- 150g zucchini, Roughly chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum, Roughly chopped
- 100g mushrooms, Halved
- 3 tsp dried italian herbs
- 500g Beef mince
- 140g tomato paste
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1tbs sugar
- 2 tbs Vegetable stock paste
- 1/2 tsp salt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- 1. Chop onion and garlic speed 5 for 3 second. Scrape down bowl.
2. Add oil and cook for 4 min 100C reverse speed 1
3. Add half of your vegetables and chop speed 5 for 8 seconds and other half of vegetables and chop speed 5 for 10 seconds
4. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 25min 100C reverse stirring speed. Try and mix mince through with spatula. Without mc and steaming basket on top.
Serve with pasta
Tip
i prep all my veg first and add in two lots so I do overload my machine and the vegetables are all cut to a consistancy I'm happy with.
