Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 40 gram Butter
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 185 grams water, Or 3/4 cup
- 30 grams flour plain
- 1/2 tablespoon stock paste, Can use veg beef or chicken
- 1/2 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gravy powder

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Put 1/2 onion 1tsp garlic 40g of butter and 250g whole mushrooms in the TM bowl. Blitz for 5 seconds speed 4.
2. Scrape down bowl sauté 90 degrees, 3min speed 1
3. Add 3/4 cup water, 30g plain flour, 1/2 tbs stock, 1/2 tbs wholegrain mustard, 1 tbs worcestershire sauce and gravy powder and cook 10min 90degreees reverse speed 1 mc off
Tip
You can slice mushrooms up and add after you have chopping onion if you like bigger chunks of mushroom.
great served with chicken or steak

I added a bit much garlic and didnt have enough mushrooms so its quite garlicky (?) But that's my fault it is still lovely. I've added fried bacon pieces and am going to serve over sausages and potato gratins.
