Brilliant yummy marinade
Lovely marinade. Used it on beef porterhouse steaks and was very nice. So easy as well.
This was really nice and super simple. I did though blitz everything for longer.
I made this tonight and smeared on beef steaks that I then oven roasted. I too blitzed the dry ingredients at a higher speed for a finer texture. Will definitely use this again. Great taste even the kids loved it. Thanks for sharing.
Amazing, delicious marinade! Will definitely use again. We used it on lamb steaks served with fresh salad & mango. I only used 3 peppercorns so the kids would eat it and I accidentally added 2 tablespoons of oil which didn't matter at all. I also made the mint sauce from the new EDC which worked really well with this too. Only thing I needed to do was wizz the herbs for longer & at a higher speed so they had a finer texture. Personal preference.
