    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Lovely on the barbecue! We had these on flat bread, spread with tzatziki. Would be keen to try with the homemade hummus too!

Good but not enough spice and I only used 500g lamb. Next time I will add salt and double the spices. THank you tmrc_emoticons.)

Love this recipe, it's my go to for kofta.
I just fry it up and make wraps. I find it goes further with the big family.
And easier than making the koftas.

I virtually doubled the herbs and spices, used some fresh coriander as well. Loved them, could have done with even more garlic but we love, love, love fresh herbs and spices so adjust yours accordingly. To those who say theirs ended up dry..... I did mine in a char griddle pan, seared them then put a loose lid on for around 8 minutes, turned the heat back up to ensure they were not soggy and they were brilliant.

I added salt as it wasn't in the recipe for some reason. Other than that it was a great recipe! Everyone loved it.

Love the flavours! I used 500g lamb mince. For extra moisture add 1egg and 2 tablespoon milk.

These were ok, found them a bit dry. May have to play with this recipe a tad as it has good flavours!
