Middle Eastern Beef Koftas

  • 500g mince beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 level tsp cumin seeds ground
  • 2 level tsp coriander seeds ground
  • 1 level tsp paprika
  • 1 level tsp salt
  • 1 level tsp pepper
  • 10 leaves mint
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion, garlic, and mint leaves into bowl Slow Cooking"Slow Cooking" 6 seconds Blend"Blend" speed 6
  2. Add spices, egg and mince into bowl Slow Cooking"Slow Cooking" 20 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" reversed Slow Cooking"Slow Cooking" Blend"Blend" Speed 5
  3. Role together 8 same sized meat balls with the mixture. Take your skewers, feed into the skewers and press firmly to ensure meat sticks to the skewers, flatten into sausage shape.
  4. Grill on the BBQ for 15 - 20 minutes!

Tip

Skewers needed
ensure mixture isnt to wet, add 1/4 of cup of breadcrumbs if to wet.
