Great recipe! Tasy! Also, just in case someone is having a day like I did, don't mistake the step numbers for the stir setting. I pureered my beef strips because I hadn't used the gentle stir and thought the recipe was saying speed 3 or 4 - whoops!! Still going to make again properly, flavour was good!!
This was surprisingly great, it just didn't make enough. I'd add at least 1.5x the ingredients and insert some veggies. Definitely going into my favourites list.
Good recipe thanks 😀
Such an easy recipe and the whole family loved it!! It is already a favorite!!
Easy and tasty. I have been making this several times now and it always doesn't last long at home
I put my veggie stir fry in the steamer for the 5 mins , when you had to cook for that extra 5 min worked beautiful.I used thinly cut cabage , carrots , snow peas .Also used cornflour instead of arrowroot 👏😄fine
This is the first dish I've ever made in my thermomix and I couldn't be happier! It was absolutely delicious!
Thank you for sharing such a great recipe!
Delicious winter dinner meal 😋
I added 1 TBS & 1/4 of arrowroot to make sure sauce was thick & creamy.
next time I would only cook Beef for 5min's & step 3 for 2min's as our beef as followed above instructions was tough as it got overcooked.
will be making this yumi recipie again.
Amazing....did 50g tamari in place of soy, used coconut sugar and addes some bok choy...my fussy 12 year old who has barely eaten a thing for years absolutely devoured this...thank you soooooo much for your genius
Made this for the first time today.. and it was soo delicious! I used Tamari (natural soy) and the rapadura sugar. I also added in one bunch of Bok Choy for a bit of vegetable when I added the shallots and rest of the ingredients. Went very nice! We really loved this dish!!
