Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic
- 30 grams extra virgin olive oil
- 500 grams lean minced beef
- 3 level tablespoons dry oregano
- 3 level tablespoons dried mixed Italian herbs
- 2 --- beef oxo cubes
- 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes, You can leave out if you wish
- 2 level tablespoon flour
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 250 gram tomato paste
- 300 grams water
- salt, to taste

1. Place garlic into TM Bowl chop 3 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down.
2.Add oil saute 2 minutes, Varoma temp, Speed 1 MC off.
3.Add minced beef, Oregano, Italian herbs, oxo cubes, chilli flakes (if using) and flour. 10 minutes at Varoma temp on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 place basket instead of MC on TM bowl lid. Occasionally use spatula to help mix.
4.Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 min, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 placing basket insteadn of MC on TM bowl lid
5.Serve with favourite pasta add parmesan cheese fresh salad. and of course Garlic bread.
Tip
You could also add sliced button mushrooms when adding tomato paste. I also like a dollop of sour cream on top. enjoy.
You can use this sauce with wraps, lettuce, chopped carrots, cucumber, tomato and grated cheese etc.

Top marks for flavour but I found this was a little too fine in texture So I'll cook it on a lower speed next time to see if that makes a difference.
