Ingredients

Teriyaki Chicken

  • 15 grams garlic
  • 10 grams ginger
  • 120 grams Mirin Seasoning
  • 50 grams rice wine vinegar
  • 80 grams soy sauce
  • 40 grams brown sugar
  • 600 grams Chicken thigh fillets
  • 4 teaspoons cornflour
  • 4 teaspoons water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 15g Garlic and 10 g ginger into TM bowl. Chop 3 sec/Speed 9. Scrape down bowl.
  2. Add 120g Mirin, 50g Rice wine vinegar, 80g Soy sauce, 40g Brown sugar and 600g Chicken to TM bowl. Cook 14 min/Varoma/Rev blade/Soft spoon. (MC out).
  3. Meanwhile, combine 4 teasps cornflour and 4 teasps water into a paste in a small bowl.
  4. Once the TM has finished, add the cornflour mix to the chicken. Cook 4 min/100/Rev blade/Soft spoom. (MC out)
  5. Garnish with 1 long green shallot and 1 teasp sesame seeds if so desired.
