Turkey Breast Christmas Lunch
- 1000 g Ingham frozen turkey(thawed)
- 1000 g Washed potatoed, Peeled washed and Cut into quarters
- 250 g Sweet Potatoes, Peeled washed and Cut into quarters
- 4 portions carrots, Peeled washed and Cut into quarters
- 1 level tbsp Mixed Herbs
- 800 g water
- 50 g cubed butter
- 50 g plain flour
- 1 heaped teaspoons Minced garlic
- 1 heaped teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 heaped tsp Soy sce
- 1 level tbsp Veg Stock Paste
- 1 All of the discarded steamed liquid

- Add 800 g water to"Closed lid"
- Put sweet potato in simmering basket
Add the Turkey (LEAVE IT IN THE ALLUMINUM TIN) TO THE VAROMA
ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS TO THE TOP LAYER OF VAROMA TRAY.
COOK
60 minutes VAROMA TEMP SP 3. IF YOU DONT have an oven, you can brown up in a fry pan.
Don't throw away the remaining liquid. Put into a dish for gravy - Preheat oven to 220 degrees
Add I tbs oil. Turkey still in tin. And add veggies with the herbs
Roast for 10 minutes to brown up.
Remove Turkey and cover in foil to keep warm
Continue to brown potatoes and carrots to your liking - Add butter and garlic"Closed lid"
Cook
4 min 120 d sp2 - Add flour for a rue
Cook 4 minutes 100d sp 2 - Add the discarded veg juices. "Closed lid" also add The soy sce and mustard and stock paste
And use "Thickening" Thicken mode activate by turning silver dial
Depending on - If you require More gravy. Add more stock paste and water and again use thicken mode.
If you need thicker gravy. Add a tbsp more flour

Tip
Add some green veggies like broccoli or spinach at the 55 minute mark
Use any veggies
Cut veg big enough so the don't fall apart
I also let veg air dry for 5 minutes b4 I bake in oven. Roll in duck fat for amazing extra crunch
