Once you have rolled out the pastry use the ramekins to get a nice round circle cut out.
Get an egg and mix it in a seperate bowl with brush so you can brush the top of the pastry
Roll the pastry out a little more so that it will fit entirly over the top of the ramekin
Place potato at the bottom of the ramekin followed by the casserole filling.
Place the pastry on top. Brush the top with the egg and then make 3 seperate slits into the pastry.
Once all the ramekins have been filled and the pastry is on top, place them into a tray and then the tray with ramekins into the oven
Bake for roughly 5 to 10 mins OR untill pastry is golden brown (time may vary depending on oven)

TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I am making tbis recipe for the second time in a week, i made to the recipe the first time and it is fantastic a massive hit with my family, this time i am making potato pies with this as the filling. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
Yum, the flavours were very nice. I made my own mince first and therefore reduced the cooking time. I didn't have spinach or carrot so left that out, but added fresh corn and peas for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Ran out of time to do the pastry, so just made it traditionally. Thanks for sharing.
