  • 40 grams Coconut thread
  • 8 --- fresh dates, pitted
  • 1 Green Apple quartered
  • 130 grams Feijoa flesh, About 8 of them
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 20 grams Goji Berries
  • 20 grams sunflower seeds, Pre soaked and dried
  • 20 grams pumpkin seeds, Presto asked and dried

Recipe's preparation

    Breakfast
  1. Put all ingredients into TM bowl, lock lid and pulse 3 or 4 times 1 second each. Too easy and very delicious.  Put into glass jar in fridge.  

Tip

Serve with homemade yoghurt. Keeps for a few days in the fridge.  Can add nuts as well but I can't eat them. Adapted from Cyndy Omeara's breakfast recipe.
