One-bowl Mushroom Spaghetti

  • 5 g Dried Porcini Mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 brown onion, peeled and halved
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 250 g fresh mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 g cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons TM stock concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoon fine salt
  • 600 g water
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 50 g rocket
  • fresh parsley, to serve
