  • 2 Cups 00 Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add flour, eggs salt and half of the water to your machine.

    Start blitzing on turbo/pulse while slowly adding the rest of the water until you have crumb consistency.

  2. Knead dough for 4 minutes.

  3. Rest in fridge for 15 minutes while you assemble your pasta machine.

  4. Split dough into four portions rolling each portion out into pasta one at a time, if you are having trouble keep adding flour little by little until it comes through your machine smoothly.

Tip

Cook from fresh in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes or to taste, can be dried and packaged for later use.

    Great dough. It didn't say when to add the olive oil so I just added it to step 1

    Very easy. I needed an extra egg to make it come together, and rolled it straight away. It turned out beautifully.
