I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Grate parmesan for up to 10 seconds on speed 8 and set aside.
2. Place onion, carrots, garlic, oregano and curry powder into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
3. Add oil and saute for 5 minutes on varoma temp, "Counter-clockwise operation" +"Gentle stir setting" .
4. Add mince beef, chorizo, bay leaf and a pinch of salt and cook for 10 minutes on varoma temp, "Counter-clockwise operation" +"Gentle stir setting" . Use spatula a couple of times to help mix mince through.
5. Add cans of condensed tomato soup and diced tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes on 100 degrees, "Counter-clockwise operation" +"Gentle stir setting" .
6. Serve on cooked pasta with grated parmesan.
Tip
Once the bolognese has finished, you can skim any excess oil that has risen to the top with a spoon or by placing paper towel over the top then quickly removing, the oil will stick to the paper towel.
I left the MC off for the entire cooking time however you can place the TM basket over the top to ensure the sauce doesn't splatter.
