Ingredients

Cookie Dough Dip

  • 1 can tin chick peas drained
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 5 g vanilla
  • 20 g Nut Butter, I used peanut butter
  • 25 g brown sugar, Can be optional
  • 15 g rolled oats
  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • 10 g Milk, Can be non dairy milk. Start with 10g and add extra to get desired consistancy

    Cookie Dough Dip
  1. Place all ingretients into TM bowl except chocolate chips and mix on speed 6 for 5 seconds

    Scrape down sides of bowl

     

    Add chocolate chips and mix on reverse for 5 seconds on speed 4 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

     

    Serve with plain crackers or celery or fruitand mix for 3 seconds on speed 4

    Ahhhh, I recognise this dip! It's a CCK recipe tmrc_emoticons.) She has such delicious stuff on her blog and I'm so looking forward to trying stuff in my Thermie now. Will be even easier I think. I like it best with cashew butter tmrc_emoticons.) And you can sub out the sugar with soaked and purreed dates too. I'd have to check on quantities for that though tmrc_emoticons.)

    Hi goodcooker,

    I think Trudie just accidently hit 'fillet' in the back end instead of g for grams which is the next option down. Easily done, easily fixed. Hope that makes more sense for you now - happy cooking tmrc_emoticons.)
