Add all ingredients to bowl and cook for 6 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2.
Sauce
Tip
Pour this sauce over cooked chicken or pork, meat skewers, or as a dipping sauce. This makes enough to serve with 1kg of chicken so halve if necessary. Serve over rice. I like to add some sliced red capsicum for the last minute, and then stir through the cooked chicken slowly on reverse. This is only a mild sauce so great for allergy free kids!

Not too bad although a bit sickly, I couldn't finish my dinner. I think next time I might reduce the amount of peanut butter 😊
I love this recipe and it was so easy to make! A certain go to sauce.
Mmmm fantastic! We don't like spicy food at all so this was perfect, still full of flavour . I accidently glugged a bit too much sweet chilli sauce in, but was fine. I cooked longer and added 2 T almond meal to thicken up
This is now my go to peanut sauce. Everyone loves it and I make it for new mum friends as an easy sauce to add over stir fry vegies and meat in those early sleep deprived months.
I prefer not to use soy sauce, instead I used vegespread and water, and it turned out a treat. Lovely and creamy, not spicy at all. Great for the children.
Made this tonight... so easy and a complete hit with all the family, teenagers and toddlers alike! I added red capsicum for the last minute of cooking as suggested, and substituted the brown sugar with palm sugar which was delicious. Used good quality natural peanut butter, light coconut cream, and added a bit extra soy sauce and salt. Pan fried sliced chicken breast in peanut oil and added peanut sauce to the pan once cooked. Served with steamed broccoli which I cooked in the varoma while the rice was cooking. Perfect! Will definitely be becoming a regular mid-week meal in our house... Thanks for sharing!
Yummo great recipe thanks!
Love this one, I use this to pour over chicken skewers and rice, it's a hit in our family
This was quick and easy and super delicious, thanks for sharing
Delicious! I doubled the sweet chilli sauce (kinda poured out lol) though & used coconut milk as that's what I had. Yum!
