I've just made this.. wondering how long it can be stored in jar in fridge for??
I used 150gm birds eye and 400gm fresh tomatoes plus a splash of water. I didn't deseed my chillies and the sauce is blazing hot.
Just whizzed up a batch, hubby loves it, that's all that matters!
good flavours, I was concerned that there's no salt, but it's not needed, obviously the fish sauce gives it enough!
Great recipe, thanks for sharing. Overall result was pretty sweet not super hot (more chilli next time for me).
