- 300 grams apples, Peeled 1/4
- 200 grams passionfruit pulp
- 300 grams sugar
- 200 grams Jam making sugar
- 20 grams lemon juice

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add chopped apples to jug chop 3/secs speed 4 (less if you want chunks apples)
now add passion fruit and sugars SCRAPE DOWN put simmering basket on top instead MC
then cook 30min/. 90 / speed 2 REVERSE
now I found after that time it needed a bit more cooking so I cooked for further 10mins but I put on varoma again with basket on top do a setting test

I cook on reverse so passionfruit pips don't break up
