Very yummy. I used some swiss chard/silverbeet from my garden thanks to Glamourousg's comment and worked great.
Delicious!!!!
This is my go to recipe as it's the best pesto I've tasted. It's delicious and the family love it.
Used this recipe as a base as I hardly had any of the exact ingredients and it still turned out great. Used cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan, a mix of pumpkin seeds, pine nuts and pistachio nuts, and silver beet from my garden instead of spinach with a few basil and oregano leaves thrown in. Tasted delish on my cauliflower pizza base, thanks!
Ran out of pine nuts so made half sunflower seeds and half pepitas. Was lovely, couldn't tell the difference from my normal pesto.

Thank you for this recipe. It was just what I was after, it was great. I used a mix of sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Stirred it through pasta.
