- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
- 20 gram olive oil

Preheat oven to 140*C
Roughly chop up pumpkin and garlic. Place into an oven pan. Coat with the sweet chilli sauce, half of the parmesan and the olive oil.
Cook for approx 30 - 45min or untill pumpkin is cooked.
Place cooked pumpkin pieces and the rest of the parmesan into the TM bowl. Blend for approx. 1min / Speed 5
Serve immediatly or can be cooled in the fridge untill needed

I added two dollops of ricotta right at the end..super creamy and lovely flavours.
Really yummy. Will try adding a whole long chilli to give it a bigger hit for the chilli lovers in my midst.
