- 150 grams full fat cream
- 20 grams organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt, or to taste.

How long does this last in the fridge?
This tastes AMAZING! So easy to make, and once I'd popped it into jars in the fridge, it thickened beautifully. I needed to make it for a nut allergic friend, so left out the macadamias and it was still wonderful, but I imagain it would be amazing with them included. This will defintely be my go to salted caramel sauce from now on.

Amazing! Once cooled this thickens up so nicely, and is going to be perfect swirled through my EDC icecream!
