  • 220 grams water
  • 2 level tsp dried instant yeast
  • 400 grams High Grade Flour
  • 20 grams olive oil

toppings

  • 150 grams cheese
  • 4 clove garlic

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Add water and yeast. Heat for 2 min 37 degrees speed 1
  2. Add flour and olive oil. Mix 10 secinds speed 6
  3. knead for 2 mins. Turn oven on 180 degrees fan bake.
  4. Wrap up in thermomix mat. Turn microwave on for 2 mins empty. After the two minutes place dough in Microwave. This will half the proving time
  5. Add cheese and Garlic to bowl. 5 seconds speed 6
  6. Take dough out of microwave. Roll out to 1 cm thickness. Use dough docker if you have one or leave as is. Spread ailoi out and sprinkle cheese and garlic over base. Bake for 15-20 mins
  7. Clean and dry bowl
