- 1 pinch salt, Rock Salt ground in a mortar
- 1 pinch pepper, Black Peppercorn ground in a mortar
- 1/8 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
Breakfast Salad
- 1/4 cabbage
- 2 Carrots (small)
- 1 red capsicum, or yellow or green
- 1 pinch salt, Rock Salt ground in a mortar
- 1 Zucchini (small)
- 4 leaves mint, for garnish

Add all ingredients to the TM 5 sec /speed 4 / MC on
Chop all ingredients roughly, make the carrots a little smaller. 7 sec / speed 4.
Use spatula through lid to push veges down to chop
Dressing can be left in bowl or added after . If after, 5 sec / "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 3 / MC on to combine

Tip
Ground Salt and Pepper can also be used, it's just more fun using Grandma's mortar and pestle
2 portions created especially for The Daf and Mummy!
For non-thermomix owners, you can use a spoon to mix the dressing and instead of chopping salad roughly, dice it!
