- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 1 small piece ginger, Peeled
- 1 can Corn, Drained
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 tablespoons vegetable stock
- 470 grams water
- chicken stock
20g Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1- Put onion, ginger and mint in bowl. Chop Speed 7, 3 seconds.
2- Add 20g oil and cook 2 minutes, Speed 1, 100 degrees
3- Add chicken, corn, creamed corn, stock and water. Cook 100 degrees, 15 minutes, Speed 2
4- Serve!

Tip
I used Salt reduced or fresh corn cut from the cob where possible.
