  • 170 g carrot, chopped
  • 80 g parsnip, chopped
  • 600 g water
  • 1kg chicken wings
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 200 g extra water

Recipe's preparation

  1. add Onion and leek to bowl and chop Closed lid"Closed lid"
    10 sec 5 speed

    3 mins 90 degrees 1 speed
    remove from bowl.

    add Carrot and Parsnip and chop Closed lid"Closed lid"
    3 secs 5 speed

    add onion mix, 600g water, salt and pepepr to taste
    and Chicken Wings cook Closed lid"Closed lid"
    10 mins 110 degrees Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    add extra water if needed cook
    another 10 mins 110 degrees Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    if you want chicken to fall off the bones cook further

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
