  • 1 portion gluten free Chorizo, Chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, Roughly torn
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 600 g pumpkin, Cubed
  • 600 g Water1
  • 1 level tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Veg Stock Paste

Recipe's preparation

    Add spring onion, chorizo, ginger and parsley to bowl
  1. Chop speed 7 for 10 sec

  2. Add cumin seeds and olive oil sautéed for 3 min reverse varoma speed

  3. Add pumpkin, water and veg Stock
  4. Speed 2 100 degrees 20 mins 

  5. Slowly blend for 1 min to speed 6
  6. Enjoy tmrc_emoticons.)
