Ingredients

Soup

  • 40 g olive oil
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 fennel bulb, large, trimmed and quartered
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 l water
  • 2 level tablespoons Vegetable stock paste
  • 500 g frozen peas

Proscuttio Crumbs

  • 150 g proscuttio or bacon, diced
  • 100 g day old bread, torn

Recipe's preparation

    Proscuttio Crumbs
  1. 1. Preheat oven 200C (180C fan forced)

    2. Pulse proscuttio and bread 5seconds/speed9

    3. Spread on baking tray and bake 10-15 miutes stirring occasionallyDescribe the preparation steps of your recipe

  3. 1. Add onion and chop 5 seconds/speed 5 and scape onion down

    2. Add olive oil and butter and saute   3minutes/Varoma/Speed 1

    3. Add fennel and potato and sweat 10minutes/100C/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    4. Add water and stock paste and cook 10minutes/100C/speed 3

    5. Add frozen peas and cook 5minutes/100C/speed 3

    6. Puree 1minute/speed 9 (gradually increasing speed from speed1 to speed 9)

     7. Serve soup sprinkled with proscuttio crumbs
