- 1 Brown Onion Halved
- 1 Large carrot
- 300g nadine potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 500g hilo milk
- 1tbs thyme spings, or dried
- 20g olive oil
- 20g Butter
topping
- 50g procuitto, dry fry till crispy to put on top fish

chop onion and carrot into pieces pla an dthyme saute 3mins/rev/veroma/speed soft
add potato and cook for further15 mins rev/speed soft till potato cooked but firm,add milk 1tbs veg stock,500g water and cook for 10mins/100/rev/speed soft
now add fish and cook for further 10mins/rev/speed soft 100 add extra time if fish not cooked add butter stir through and serve
chowder
Tip
i stirred through little chilli
