  • 1 Brown Onion Halved
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 700 grams White Potato peeled & roughly chopped
  • 400 grams Pumpkin peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 leeks, white part only roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon TM veg stock paste
  • 700 grams water
  • 100 grams thickened cream

Recipe's preparation

    Steps.
  1. 1. Add onion and garlic  put on lid chop for 5 secs speed 5. Scrap down sides of bowl

  2. 2. Add olive oil put on lid and MC  and sauté for 3 min, 120 degrees speed 1

  3. 3. Add potato, leek and pumpkin put on lid and MC, cook for 5 min 120 degrees speed 1 

  4. 4. Add stock paste and water. Put on lid and MC cook speed 2 Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" Veroma for 20 minutes

  5. 5. Purée for 50 secs lid and MC on gradually increase speed up to 8 until mixture smooth( may need to repeat)

  6. Add cream replace lid and MC stir on speed 8 for 10 secs
