- 6 heaped tablespoons panko breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs
Soup
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 level tbsp Dried Chives
- 1 level tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 heaped teaspoons dried basil
- 1 heaped teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 heaped tablespoons Vegetable stock paste
- 2 cubes chicken stock
- 1.5 litres water
- 250 grams dried risoni pasta

- 1. Place 125gr Parmesan cheese into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 9
2. Add remaining meatball ingredients in mixing bowl and mix 30sec/speed 5. Repeat if not suitably combined.
3. Transfer into a bowl. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
4. Lightly grease Varoma dish and tray. With oiled hands, shape small meatballs (4 cm) and arrange them into Varoma dish and onto Varoma tray. Set Varoma aside. - 1. Place Garlic cloves, onion into bowl chop 5sec/speed 5 Scrape down sides of bowl with Spatuala
2. add olive oil & saute 3 mins/ 120C / speed 1.
3. Add carrots and celery to bowl saute 5 mins/ 120C / speed 1.
4. Add all dried herbs and chicken stock cubes to 1.5 lt water
5. Place Varoma into position cook 10 mins / varoma /speed 1
6. add Risoni cook further 10 mins / varoma / speed 1 - Pour soup into Thermoserver and meatballs
stand 10-15 mins serve.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
