Ingredients
Chicken & Corn Soup
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 sprig spring onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 heaped tablespoons Chicken stock concentrate
- 1 litre water
- 5 pieces Chicken thigh fillets, Chopped into small pieces
- 1 --- tin creamed corn
- 2 eggs

1. Chop Garlic & Spring onion on sp 5 for 2 sec.
2. Add oil & saute for 2 min/100deg/reverse/sp1.
3. Make up one litre of stock using the TMX chicken stock paste in the bowl. Place the chopped chicken and creamed corn into the bowl with the stock, cook for 15 mins/100deg/reverse/sp 2. When there is 5 minutes left and leaving the lid on, SLOWLY pour the lightly beaten egg through the whole in the lid.
4. Garnish with the green parts of the spring onion.
