Ingredients
Dumpling wrappers
- 300 g plain flour
- 200 g Boiling water
Filling
- 300 g minced pork
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 Red Capsium
- 3 spring onions
- 10 g white vinegar
- 10 g soy sauce
- 10 g Chinese Rice Wine

Add the flour to the TM, with the blades running on speed 3, add the water to make a dough.
Knead for 30 secs.
Roll out as thin as you can and use a cookie cutter to make circles.
Mince the garlic and ginger - speed 8 for 3 secs.
Add the other ingredients and mix to combine - speed 5 for 5 secs.
Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each round - use some water as a glue and fold over into a semi circle and pinch into dumpling shapes.
Half fill TM with water. Stack the dumplings in the Varoma and cook on the Varoma setting for 25mins.
Heat oil (macadamia or similar) in a pan and lightly fry.

Tip
- Use a pasta maker to roll out the wrappers
- Delicious steamed or pan fried
- Serve with a sauce of half soy sauce to half white vinegar
