I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200c
Add all pizza seasoning ingredients to TMX Bowl. Mill on Speed 9 for 6 seconds and set contents aside.
Add flour, baking powder, water, and oil to bowl and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds. Set TMX to setting and for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Hand knead the dough briefly and then divide into 3 pieces. Using a rolling pin, roll each piece out on a floured surface, as thin as possible without tearing.
Cut shapes with biscuit cutter .
Place shapes on oven tray lined with baking paper, lightly brush with olive oil and generously sprinkle with the pizza seasoning.
Place tray into the oven and bake for 10 -12 minutes or until browned.
Enjoy!
Tip
Rolling the dough thinner will result in crisper biscuits
Using mini cookie cutters makes the biscuits bite size for the kids.
Please note the parmesan is the dried kind not fresh.
Store in a sealed container.
Experiment with different flavours.
Good recipe to do with the kids - they love making their own snacks

Easy. Delicious. What else could you want in a recipe? I brushed my rolled out dough and sprinkled on the seasoning before cutting into rectangles - this stopped the dough shrinking back and becoming thick again after rolling thin.
A great, smooth dough for the kids to work with. They had a ball with all my mini cutters. Added all the herbs, salt and cheese (block parmasan) to the dough and mixed in the lot! Added extra salt and sesame seeds to the 2nd hand knead to increase flavour. Thanks for a great recipe!
Kids loved these, I actually did use fresh parmesan, still worked fine. I left mine to cool in oven with door slightly open to ensure crispness. But kids were very impressed and said they tasted like real shapes..WIN WIN THANK YOU
can I use gluten free flour Instead?
I loved these, I'm working on my five year old! I didn't have the dried parmesan but I do now, so will try again with that.
So easy and so yummy. Even my fussy 3 year old likes them!!
I love it!
