Spinach and Cheese Burek
- 250 g vegetable oil
- 250 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 200 g spinach
- 500 g ricotta cheese
- 1 package Filo Pastry
- 60 g Butter
- heaped teaspoon poppy seed

- In a separate bowl combine the Spinach, Australian Feta, Ricotta
(Optional) - Chop the spinach - Oil pan and cover with a layer of filo pastry
- Brush egg mixture on the filo pastry
- Add / Sprinkle spinach mixture ( Not all the mixture, because you will repeat this process several times)
- Scope some egg mixture and pour on top of the layer
- Repeat layering until all the ingredients have been used
- Brush the final filo pastry with the egg mixture
- Cut the filo pastry to desired sizes to serve before baking
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top
- Bake for 25-30 until golden brown
- Once the burek is cooked, sprinkle some water on top and pour the melted butter over the burek and let it sit for about 5 min before serving
