  • 1 Large carrot
  • 350 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 125 grams melted butter, Salted
  • 240 grams Milk
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate cheese, speed 8, 10 seconds. Set aside

  2. Place roughly chopped veggies to TM bowl. Chop speed 5, 3 seconds

  3. Return cheese to the bowl with the veggies. Add flour. Mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 with the aid of the spatula until roughly combined. About 5 seconds.

  4. Add remaining ingredients. Set dial to closed lid position and mix using the Dough mode"Dough mode" setting for 30 seconds or until combined. Using the TM spatula if necessary.

  5. Fill well greased muffin tins with mixture and bake approx 15 minutes, at 180 degrees Celsius, or until golden and cooked through.

    These were very easy and delicious, had to cook them for about 30 minutes but were very popular, will definitely make again!

    Added zucchini and ham. Needed a little sugar to balance out flavours. Cooked for 27 min at 200deg fan forced before cooked through. I used No Egg to replace the egg. Tasty recipe. Will be a lunchbox regular!

    These were tasty…..the kids are already coming up with veggie combinations for the next batch….will be making these for lunchboxes. Mine just needed a little longer in the oven tmrc_emoticons.)
