- 120 grams Butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 15 grams cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 170 grams self-raising flour
- 1 pinches salt
- 75 grams walnuts
- Dark Chocolate Buttons

- Melt butter 2m/90c/sp2
- Add Cocoa powder 1m/90c/sp2
- Add Walnuts - chop on sp4-5 until small pieces - maybe a couple of 3 second bursts
- Blades in Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation"
- Add sugar, vanilla and egg. 5s/sp4 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Scrape bowl, another 5s/sp4 "Counter-clockwise operation" - Add flour and salt, sp4/"Counter-clockwise operation" in 5 second bursts until mixed thoroughly
- Place teaspoons of mixture on papered tray. Not too close together as they do grow a little.
- Cook 13 minutes at 175 Fan.
- Remove from oven, top each biscuit with a chocolate button and leave for a few minutes until chocolate is melted. Spread over biscuit and then remove and place on a wire rack to cool
