Recipe's preparation

    BISCUIT BASE
  1. Put the whole packet of biscuits in your TM bowl. Crush for 10 secs on speed 9

Add the butter & melt into the biscuits for 2 mins / 50C / speed 2

Empty into pie dish, flatten to the edges & put in the fridge while you make your custard

  2. Filling
  3. Add all the ingredients

    Cook for 7 mins at 90 degrees/speed 4

Once the custard has cooked to a thickish consistency, immediately pour into the base.

Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top while still hot, allow to sit on the cooling rack until custard is set.

  4. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

Tip

If the custard is ready & thick enough by 7-8 minutes, use straight away.

Don't wait for the custard to be cold before adding the cinnamon.  It must be done as soon as the custard is put into the biscuit base.

This recipe will make a large amount of filling - be prepared with an extra biscuit base.

Don't place in the fridge while it's still steaming, wait for it to cool down.
