  • 20 g pumpkin seeds/pepitas
  • 20g sunflower seeds
  • 20g buckwheat kernels
  • 1 tbsp Natural honey
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 5 Dried dates (pitted)

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. •Place dates & water in bowl Closed lid"Closed lid"  Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" Temp Varoma - 2 1/2 min

    • Bliz dates Closed lid"Closed lid" Speed 6- 3 sec

    • Scrape down sides and add all remaining ingredients 

    Closed lid"Closed lid" Speed 6 - 5 sec

    • Scrape down sides 

    Closed lid"Closed lid" Speed 6 - 5 sec

    •Transfer into bowl and roll into 30g balls 

    •Press each ball down on baking tray 

    •Bake 180c in pre heater oven for 10 min or until golden

    I loved how easy these biscuits were to make and quick to cook too. I found that I still had to add water to make the mixture come together despite using Medjool dates. Nice flavour for me although others in family not so keen. Nice crunch. Next time I would double the recipe as this only made 8.

    I have a question about the below line in the recipe.... how long do you cook the dates at Varoma temp?
