- 150 g Butter, Chopped
- 110 g raw sugar
- 175 g golden syrup
- 350 g rolled oats

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease/line a 25 x 30cm slice tray.
1. Add butter, sugar and Golden syrup to the "Closed lid" and melt together 8-10mins/Varoma/"Gentle stir setting" until well combined and starting to bubble.
2: Add oats to a large bowl and combine with the melted mixture.
3. Press into prepared tray and bake for 20-25 mins. Keep an eye on it. Cook until golden brown. It burns easily.

Lovely recipe thank you. I only used 80gms of sugar and I added the oats to the bowl and mixed for 10sec sp3 reverse.
