Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. Preheat oven 180° and grease 2 x 6 hole donut trays (muffin tin if you don't have a donut tray)

Add flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder into the bowl, mix for 10sec speed 4, remove lid scrape down sides of the bowl

Add milk, oil, egg and vanilla, pop lid on and mix 15 sec speed 4, mixture should be well combined

Scrap down sides of the bowl, and transfer into cupcake pen or pour into a jug and divide mixture evenly between the tray (approx 2tbsp per donut) making sure not to cover the hole

Bake in oven for 15mins, until risen and golden, remove from oven and place tin on wire rack while mix up topping.

    Topping:
Place sugar and cinnamon into a shallow dish and mix together, melt butter keep aside

Remove donuts from the trays (one at a time) brush with melted butter and coat in cinnamon/sugar mix until covered.

    Serve hot

Tip

For Dairy Free: use almond milk instead of milk and a dairy-free spread instead of butter

Best eaten fresh, but do keep for a couple of days in airtight container and to refreshed 10sec zap in microwave

If your using a muffin tin, grease well and approx 2tbsp of batter per well, may need an additional 5min cook time due to lack of hole in the middle

    Recipe is created for
    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
