Ingredients

Balls

  • 25 grams peanuts
  • 45 grams Pitted Dried Dates
  • 30 grams Shredded coconut
  • 10 grams coconut oil
  • 2 Gluten free Weetbix
  • 5 grams Cacao
  • 50 grams Rice malt syrup

To Coat Balls

  • 30 grams Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Put 30 grams of shredded coconut in Closed lid"Closed lid" 4 secs/speed 7

    put aside DO NOT WASH Closed lid"Closed lid"

  2. Step 2
  3. Add peanuts to Closed lid"Closed lid" 30 secs/speed 9 

    scrape down the sides.

    Add dates to Closed lid"Closed lid" 10 secs/speed 7

    Add remaining ingredients (except for coconut that was put aside) 20 secs/ speed 5

     

  4. Step 3
  5. Using wet hands roll into 10 equal sized balls and coat with remaining coconut.

    Chill in fridge till set.

    Eat and enjoy!!!

Tip

Use dessicated coconut instead of shredded and skip step 1

Use peanut butter instead of peanuts and add with remaining ingredients after dates

Use honey instead of rice malt syrup.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).
