Ingredients

Gut Healing Pancakes

  • 2 eggs, large
  • 15 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 120 gram banana, green preferable
  • 1 level teaspoons cinnamon, Ceylon
  • 200 gram Milk, plant based
  • 1 heaped tsp baking powder
  • 100 gram fruit, frozen or fresh
  • 10 gram slippery elm powder
  • 15 gram green banana starch, available at health food stores
  • 90 gram gluten free flour, homemade best, minimise corn flours and stabilisers etc

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add eggs and apple cider vinegar to bowl
  2. Weigh Banana into bowl
  3. Add Cinnamon and Milk into bowl
  4. Weigh fruit into bowl
  5. Blend"Blend" for 30secs or until smooth
  6. Weigh Slippery elm and Green Banana Starch into bowl
  7. Add flour and baking powder to bowl and whisk on speed 4 for 15secs
  8. Cook on a medium heat pan (lower heat for prolonged time is best if you prefer a less gooey/soft texture)
