Hannah's Butter "Chicken"
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 cm ginger, stem
- 100 gram brown onion
- 30 gram Butter, vegan
- 1 level tbsp garam masala
- 1 level teaspoons curry powder
- 1 level teaspoons coriander seed, ground
- 1/4 level teaspoons chilli powder
- 1/4 level teaspoons ground turmeric
- 270 gram coconut milk
- 30 gram tomato paste
- 1 level tbsp Vegetable stock paste, from Basic Cookbook
- 50 gram water, optional
- 400 gram chickpea, dried, Optional. Can sub for tofu. Pre-cooked as per instructions on slow cooked recipe. or use a can.

- Place garlic and ginger into mixing bowl. Place measuring cup onto lid and chop 4secs speed7.
- Without scraping bowl. Place brown onion, halved, into bowl and chop 2secs speed7.
- Weigh butter into bowl and Saute for 2.30mins, 120deg, speed
- Add all spices into bowl. Cook for 5mins, 100deg, speed"Gentle stir setting"
- Weigh chickpeas into bowl.
- Weigh in coconut milk.
- Add vegetable stock paste and water (optional) if not steaming veggies in Varoma on top is recommended.
- Cook 15mins, 90deg, speed 1.
